Book Your Event

1. A booking request is not final until confirmed in writing by EventPro. 2. Prices in online estimates are indicative; the official quotation prevails. 3. A down payment is required to secure the event date. 4. Final guest count must be confirmed at least 14 days before the event. 5. Additional hours beyond the agreed schedule are charged separately. 6. The client is responsible for venue permits unless included in the package. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations 60 days or more before the event: down payment is refundable less 10% processing fee. • Cancellations 30–59 days before the event: 50% of the down payment is refundable. • Cancellations less than 30 days before the event: down payment is non-refundable. • Date changes are free once, subject to availability, if requested at least 30 days before the event.
