Celebrations crafted with heart

Founded in 2014, EventPro started as a two-person styling team for garden weddings in Tagaytay. Today we are a full-service events company with in-house coordinators, stylists and technical crew, trusted by families, schools, government agencies and Fortune 500 companies.

EventPro is a full-service event organizing and styling company based in Metro Manila. From intimate celebrations to large corporate conferences, our team handles planning, styling, suppliers and on-the-day coordination so you can enjoy every moment.

Ask us anything
For weddings and large corporate events we recommend 6–12 months. Birthdays and smaller events can be booked 1–3 months ahead, subject to availability.
Not yet. Online submissions are booking requests. Our team reviews your request, sends a formal quotation, and your date is secured once the quotation is approved and the down payment is received.
We require a 30% down payment to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
Cash, bank transfer, GCash, Maya and credit/debit card. You can upload your proof of payment in the customer portal.
Yes! We regularly organize events in Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Tagaytay and Rizal. Transportation fees may apply for out-of-town events.
Absolutely. Choose the Custom Package or add add-ons to any package. We will prepare a tailored quotation for you.
